The $10 million clubhouse and spa project was designed by acclaimed and award winning Arizona-based architect Douglas W. Cimarron Hills also secured the interior design talents of Donna Vallone and her Scottsdale-based firm Vallone Design, Inc. Vallone is famed for such projects as Loch Lomond Golf Club in Dunbartonshire, Scotland, the Lahontan Golf Club’s lodge and spa in North Lake Tahoe, Calif., and the Alvadora Spa at the Royal Palms Hotel in Phoenix.
“Upon entering the property, the clubhouse and spa create an immediate impression of historic architecture with a Texas-style sense of warmth and grace,” Architect Fredrikson said.
Cimarron Hills will now begin the transformation of the previous clubhouse into the home of its unique kids’ club, Camp Little Bear. This renovation is expected to be completed in early spring, in time for summer activities.
